This years Parogon dinner is to be held on Saturday 6th March at The Croft @ Woore.

 

3 courses £19.95 per person

 

Menu as follows

 

Starter

• Homemade tomato and basil soup
• Crab and crayfish tian - served with a selection of mixed leaves and seafood sauce
• Plum tomato and courgette tart - with rocket and a sweet beetroot dressing

 

Main

• Staffordshire beef fillet - served with crispy potato discs and a red wine jus
• Roast chump of lamb - served with rosemary infused mushrooms and a rich jus
• Pan fried salmon - served with parsley mashed potatoes and a courgette emulsion

 

Desert

• Triple chocolate brownie - with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce
• Classic vanilla creme brulee
• A fine selection of ice creams and sorbets
